By using tdy (“the app”), you agree to these terms. tdy is a macOS utility that rewrites links you copy to your clipboard. Please read the Privacy Policy too.

License

tdy is licensed, not sold, to you for personal or business use on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and the Mac App Store rules. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the app’s source beyond what the law allows.

The service is provided “as is”

tdy rewrites links using a list of third-party embed proxies and rules. These third-party services are operated by others and can change, break, rate-limit, or disappear at any time. tdy makes a best effort to keep its provider list current, but it does not guarantee that any particular proxy, rewrite, preview, or short-link resolution will work, be available, or be accurate. You are responsible for the links you choose to share.

No warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, tdy is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of tdy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any issue caused by a third-party proxy or website that tdy rewrites a link to.

Acceptable use

Don’t use tdy to break the law or to violate the terms of the services whose links you rewrite. tdy is a convenience tool; how you use the resulting links is up to you.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
